Naomi uses bold, thick brushstrokes in rich teal, phthalo blue, navy and white for the surging sea, with duck egg blue and white for the sky. Naomi Crowther's studio is on the Far South Coast of NSW. She takes cues from cliff walks and observing raw, natural energy of coastal surges before and after East coast low pressure systems, as inspiration for this artwork.
