Curlew Cowboy Canvas Limited Edition Fine Art Framed Print
Fine Art Canvas Print Framed in Tasmanian Oak
Certificate of Authenticity + Free Shipping Australia Wide
The Eastern Stone Curlew, or thick-knee, often gets a hard time in urban areas because of its highly defensive tactics and loud nocturnal communications. Here the curlew is portrayed as a proud Australian bird, one who will fiercely defend its family, complete with a cowboy hat that suits the curlew's general behaviour and attitude. Rich earthy hues with hints of ochre and blush make up this one off statement piece. Area of textured paint invite the viewer to lean in close.
Signed on front as well as a certificate of authenticity signed by myself.
Prints are archival quality and made to order and take 2-3 weeks for delivery from purchase date, depending on your location. International collectors please email for a shipping quote HERE.
